My Husband and I had the best experience with Havilla when she assisted us with picking out our wedding bands. Our wedding date was close to purchase time and Havilla made sure we were taken care of and made sure both our rings would arrive on time and a good fit. When you come please make sure you ask for Havilla! She was so pleasant to work with and made sure we had the best experience! Thank you!

I am eternally grateful to Sachs! They repaired a family heirloom Cape Cod bracelet that had broken in half. Although it was a difficult repair, the staff was kind and considerate explaining options to me and even helped create a back-up plan if things didn't work out - but their expert repair prevailed! Wonderful experience overall. Thank you, Sachs for helping me preserve these memories!

An excellent community jeweler!! I have had very positive experiences with them while designing my engagement ring. They created a custom design I wanted that turned out perfect. Rosemarie was extremely patient and worked with me without feeling rushed or pressured at all. I really felt that she prioritized my happiness and satisfaction and was not at all pushy or just trying to make a sale. Will definitely be back!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Emma and the staff at Sach’s jewelers! I recently brought in a necklace to be repaired that I thought was a lost cause, and Emma went above and beyond to ensure the piece would be brought back to it’s original condition. I visited the Mashpee Commons store with a ring that needed to be made larger. The ring has special meaning to me. From start to finish, Jodie demonstrated exceptional customer service and kindness - an experience much different than I have had in other jewelry stores. I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend this jeweler without hesitation.

Great service , even greater selections. Beautifully crafted fine jewelry as well as stunning Estate pieces . Moderately pricey and worth every penny. The staff are personable, not pushy and respectful of one’s budget . I bought 5 pieces from them on my first visit( I have daughters) and returned a few days later with myself in mind. Classic, contemporary and playful - all timeless jewelry .
